This role involves using Psychological First Aid (PFA), along with other trauma‐specific interventions and approaches, to support individuals and their organisations through one-on‐one trauma support and group sessions.In this role, you willProvide critical incident and crisis counselling support to client organisations.Deliver one-on‐one trauma support and group sessions using Psychological First Aid (PFA) and trauma‐specific interventions.Respond to emergency and planned incidents, organisational changes, and disasters.May include delivery of employee counselling, training,
and consulting services.RequirementsMinimum 3+ years' experience in trauma management, psychosocial support, and counselling.Experience in workplace assessment, intervention planning, and providing outcome-focused advice.Strong time management, report writing, negotiation, and facilitation skills.Tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with relevant professional body (AHPRA, AASW, ACA, PACFA).
