In-house A-Team - we don't subcontract our core trades.Known for finishing what we start, at the standard we promised, on the day we said.We are in growth mode and need to add a second Rebuilder to our Ops team.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (EVERY DAY)Full shower and bathroom demolitionFraming corrections, wall straightening, joist reinforcement, timber floor replacementBuilding nichesSheeting walls and floorsWaterproofing to Australian StandardsInstalling door jambs and architravesFitting shower screensInstalling vanity cabinets and shaving cabinets/ mirrorsCaulking to an excellent standardSequencing your own day and moving between sites without constant supervisionYou will work independently on site most days- This is not a role for someone who does not like working alone.
You will be trusted to make calls that affect compliance,

This is not a "wait to be told" role.MUST HAVES — NO EXCEPTIONS5+ years hands-on shower rebuild and bathroom renovation experience (renovation, NOT new construction)Cert III in Waterproofing - either currently held, OR significant waterproofing experience and willing to obtain Cert III within 6 months of commencement with our supportCurrent driver's licence and White CardLive in Pakenham or immediate surrounding suburbsAble to start at our Pakenham warehouse 7:30 am, Mon-FriComfortable travelling up to 100 km across Melbourne during the dayPhysically fit - safely lift up to 40 kg (screens, boxes of tile , materials)Willing to consent to police check and drug screenTwo professional references, one being your most recent employerPLEASE INCLUDE WITH YOUR APPLICATIONYour last five shower and/or bathroom renovation jobs - suburb, approximate date, and what your role was on eachPhotos of your finished workApplications without the job list items will be deferred.WHAT WE OFFERTop-of-market base pay for the right person - $85k - $115k depending on experienceKPI bonuses tied to real outcomesFully maintained company vehicle for work travel - collected from and returned to our Pakenham warehouse each day (fuel card and E-tag covered for all work travel)PPE, uniforms, tools and materials suppliedA tight-knit Ops team that has your backLong-term career here - we don't churn staffTRIAL PROCESSSuccessful applicants complete a paid trial day at our Pakenham warehouse before an offer is made.You will work on a purpose-built training shower training facility we've set up to assess real renovation skill.
