You will ensure care aligns with aged care quality standards while promoting independence, safety, and an improved quality of life.This role supports clients across Karuah, Port Macquarie and surrounding areas, extending west to Gloucester.
Regular travel is required and will be reimbursed in accordance with the BaptistCare NSW and ACT Aged Care Enterprise Agreement.
This position is full time, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week and is offering an hourly rate ranging from $***** to $***** plus super and access to salary packaging.Your day may include:Visiting clients at home for clinical assessments, nursing care, and ongoing monitoringDeveloping, implementing, and reviewing individualised care plansBuilding strong, supportive relationships with clients, families, and carersWorking with multidisciplinary teams, GPs,



and allied health to ensure coordinated careActioning referrals and clinical recommendations promptlyAbout YouRequired qualifications and experience:Registered Nurse qualifications with current AHPRA registrationMinimal 12 months clinical experience in acute or aged care sectorCurrent unrestricted Australian driver's licence with minimum Third-Party Damage InsuranceIntermediate level of computer skillsSound clinical decision making and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a teamDemonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare's Christian identity and promote the organisation's values through interactions at workThe Employee Benefits are endless when you join BaptistCare!
