FindStaff is looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition, grow key accounts, and deliver outstanding recruitment solutions across North-East Melbourne.

About the Role
This is a true Business Development role where you'll take ownership of developing recent business opportunities while managing and growing an existing client portfolio.
You'll partner with employers across the region to understand their workforce needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions across labour hire and permanent recruitment.
Success in this role comes from your ability to identify opportunities, build trusted partnerships, and deliver exceptional outcomes for both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and grow existing client accountsBuild and maintain strong relationships with employers across North-East MelbourneDeliver end-to-end recruitment solutions from sourcing through to placementIdentify opportunities to increase revenue and expand service offeringsConduct client meetings, workforce planning discussions, and site visitsManage recruitment activity while ensuring a high level of service deliveryMaintain accurate records across recruitment, ATS, and CRM systemsEnsure compliance with recruitment, labour hire,



and WHS requirementsProvide ongoing support to clients and candidates throughout the employment lifecycle
About You
You are commercially minded, relationship-focused, and passionate about helping businesses find the right people.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience within recruitment, labour hire, staffing, or workforce solutionsStrong business development and account management skillsDemonstrated success winning new business and growing client relationshipsExperience building a desk and developing a client portfolio from the ground upExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong organisational and time management capabilitiesExperience using recruitment databases, ATS, and CRM platformsA current Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel to client sites
