Woods & Co is partnering with a well-established volume builder in Melbourne to recruit an experienced Sales Estimating Team Leader.This prospect would suit an experienced residential Sales Estimator with proven leadership capability, or an established Team Leader looking for their next challenge.
Working alongside senior leadership, you'll oversee the day to day performance of the sales estimating function while remaining technically involved in the preparation and review of estimates.
You'll be responsible for leading a team of estimators, providing guidance and mentoring, balancing workloads and ensuring estimates are delivered accurately and within required timeframes.

You'll play an important role in maintaining estimating standards, improving workflows and building strong relationships across the business to ensure a smooth transition from sales through to construction.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor and develop a team of Sales EstimatorsPrepare and review detailed residential sales estimatesReview complex files and provide technical guidance to the estimating teamEnsure estimates are accurate, commercially viable and completed within agreed timeframesInterpret architectural drawings, engineering documentation and developer requirementsReview client variations,
