You'll be part of a tight, capable team where your expertise is valued, your decisions matter and your impact is seen across every project we deliver.What You'll Lead:Civil projects ranging from $100k to $1MSubdivisions, infrastructure works, road construction and concrete worksBulk earthworks, school projects, basement excavations, carpark constructionStructural building components and complex civil interfacesContract interpretation, EOTs, progress claims, variations and client communicationProject planning, scheduling,



procurement and reportingTendering input and contract administration that drives winning outcomesCoordination with site teams to ensure quality, safety and performanceWhat You Bring:Proven civil construction PM experienceStrong technical knowledge across roads, concrete, infrastructure, subdivisions and bulk earthworksExperience delivering projects in schools, carparks, basements or similar environmentsConfidence managing contracts, claims and variationsClear, professional communication with clients and stakeholdersA results‐driven mindset and the ability to achieve big outcomes with a small teamTendering experience (highly regarded)Contract administration skills (highly regarded)The Offer$150,000 - $170,000 salary (depending on experience) + company vehicleA high-growth environment where your performance shapes the company's futureA leadership team that backs your decisionsThe chance to be part of a rising civil contractor making a mark across Queensland
