As a Client Advisor, you’ll be the face of the boutique — delivering a tailored in-store experience, building long-term client relationships, and developing strong product knowledge across fine timepieces. This role suits someone confident in premium retail who enjoys client interaction and wants to build a career in specialist retail.
You’ll work closely with clients, support daily boutique operations, and be trained in technical product knowledge to confidently present and sell a curated range of watches.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships (clienteling)
Deliver personalised in-store customer experiences

Support stock management and daily operations

Skills & experience
Experience in premium retail (fashion, jewellery, accessories or similar)
Strong communication and client relationship skills
Qualified presentation and attention to detail
Interest in product, design, and technical learning
Comfortable working a rotating roster including weekends
