Queensland Rail is seeking a Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator to join the SEQ Safety Risk & Assurance team on a 2-year fixed-term contract. You will support recovery and return to work for employees, coordinating rehabilitation programs and advising on injury management.
Working with leaders, medical providers and insurers, you will develop tailored return-to-work plans, monitor progress and maintain compliant records to foster a protected and supportive workplace.
