Your Day
Managing a small team, you will be responsible for the agency operation along with training and mentoring consultants to achieve their potential.
As a hands-on manager in this boutique retail travel agency, you'll also be responsible for handling a variety of walk-in phone and email enquiries from clients
Specialising in cruise holidays, you'll book a range of cruiselines and destinations around the world,
You'll enjoy making long term relationships with repeat and referral clients

The Must Haves
Previous travel consulting experience preferably specialising in cruise - retail or wholesale
Team Leader or Assistant Team Leader experience a must
Personal cruise experience
Proven ability to meet sales targets
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to work a 7- day rotating roster.
