Job Description

We are seeking agile and hardworking vegetable production team member to join our team at Wickham Farms facility in Killarney QLD (approx. 20mins from Warwick).



We have a permanent production role available that will involve a variety of production tasks within our facility.

Tasks will include:
Operating packing and production line machinery safely and efficiently
Inspecting product quality and maintaining accurate production records
Sorting and packing fresh produce to meet quality and customer standards
Keeping your work area clean and compliant with food safety standards
Monitoring machine performance and reporting any issues
Carrying out basic maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting
Following safety procedures and daily production schedules
Labelling, palletising customer orders for dispatch , RF scanning, general warehouse duties.
