Medibank is hiring a part time Local Community Consultant for the Broadbeach (Pacific Fair) store, with the possibility of support at the Helensvale kiosk. The role offers a versatile rotating roster Monday to Friday with alternating Saturdays, and hours that include shifts from 8am to 8pm and some after-hours from home.
You will help customers choose health cover, support them across in-store, phone, online and community channels, build relationships, and share ideas to improve how we work.
