Humanity Allied Health are seeking a dedicated Provisional Psychologist to join our team in Brisbane, QLD. This permanent, full-time role is essential for providing psychological support and assessments to enhance workplace wellbeing and safety.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting mental health initiatives and ensuring compliance with health regulations, contributing to a safer and more productive work setting.
Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for employees to identify mental health needs.
Develop and implement tailored intervention strategies to support employee wellbeing.
Provide counselling and support services to individuals facing workplace challenges.
Collaborate with management to create and promote mental health awareness programmes.
Maintain accurate records of assessments and interventions in accordance with professional standards.
Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in occupational psychology.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities.
Qualifications:
A recognised degree in Psychology, with provisional registration with the Psychology Board of Australia.
Experience in a clinical or organisational psychology setting, preferably within health and safety.
Solid interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Proficiency in psychological assessment tools and techniques.
