Our customer base is broad and can include local farmers and retail customers; the focus of your role is to provide memorable experiences for all customers either in store or over the telephone whilst:Performing general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goodsConduct counter sales while delivering exceptional customer serviceAssisting customers with pricing and product queriesMaintaining safety processesAssisting with merchandise campaign materialMaintaining a welcoming, friendly, and well-presented store and environmentLoading and unloading trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveriesWhat You'll Bring:To be successful in this role you will have experience in working in a team environment and have a passion for Australian farming and agriculture.
Knowledge of rural merchandise is desirable but not essential.
