Qualifications & experience2 + years' experience in the Horticulture/Gardening industry (desirable but not essential)Do you want to work towards a Qualification in Horticulture?
Can do a Cert III in Parks and Gardens if you would like?
That is a possibility - just ask.Experience operating and maintaining large range of commercial landscape maintenance equipment.The ability to encourage team members to work effectively together.Good time management and communication skillsCurrent Chemcert is desirable,



or willing to obtain.The ability to adhere to company WH&S; policies ensuring a secure and productive workplaceA desire to provide a high quality commercial maintenance servicePolice check to be carried out prior to commencingTasks & responsibilitiesWork within the team on a run starting and finishing in Sutherland areaCan arrange to be picked up at a meet up point and then be driven around by company vehicle (so no additional costs to you)Tasks mainly involve Mowing (both ride on and push mowing), Whipper Snipping etcOrganisation and programming of tasks completed on siteTake pride in producing high quality workRegularly liaising with the Team Leader.Ensuring all works are completed in a safe manner.Role is run based, working with the team to ensure targets are met.Involves working on a variety of landscapes onsite.Competitive wage package (and bonuses) are negotiablePermanent, full time role (with Holiday, public holiday and sick pay)Overtime (on request)Grow into a future team leader with more opportunitiesBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
