This full-time role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our sales team in delivering exceptional freight forwarding and logistics solutions to our valued clients.What you'll be doingResponding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional mannerAssisting the sales team with generating quotes, processing orders, and tracking shipmentsProviding accurate information about our services, pricing, and availabilityMaintaining detailed records and documentation of all customer interactionsIdentifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell our range of freight forwarding and logistics servicesCollaborating with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of customer ordersContinuously seeking ways to improve the customer experience and enhance the efficiency of our internal processesWhat we're looking forExcellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of clientsStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skills,



with the ability to think on your feet and find creative solutionsProficient in Cargowise prefered.Advantage for Mandarin speakersDemonstrated experience in a customer service or sales support role, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industryMinimum of 1-2 years experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry preffered.
