You'll work closely with other functions including Finance, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, IT and People Experience, helping to streamline processes, maintain data integrity, and contribute to meaningful people initiatives.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in Human Resources and gain exposure to a broad range of disciplines and projects.What You'll Be DoingEmployee Lifecycle AdministrationPrepare employment contracts, promotion letters, parental leave correspondence, and other employee documentationMaintain accurate employee records and filesUpdate HR systems and databases to ensure data accuracy and complianceOnboarding & OffboardingCoordinate onboarding of new starters including contract generation, employee files,
