Naturally Bovine Australia is seeking a Production Operator to join our dynamic team in Young, NSW.
This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our manufacturing and production operations.
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
This role is essential to our operations and directly contributes to delivering premium products to our customers.What you'll be doingOperating and monitoring production machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety protocolsPerforming routine maintenance checks on machinery to identify and report any defects or malfunctionsAdjusting machine settings and parameters to ensure products meet quality specifications and standardsMonitoring production output and recording production data accurately for reporting purposesConducting quality inspections on products at various stages of production to identify and rectify any issuesMaintaining a clean, organised and secure work environment in compliance with all health and safety regulationsFollowing standard operating procedures and work instructions consistentlyCommunicating effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production progress and any concernsTroubleshooting minor operational issues and escalating problems when necessaryContributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the production facilityWhat we're looking forProven experience as a Production Operator or in a similar manufacturing or machine operation roleStrong understanding of production machinery and equipment operation and maintenanceAbility to read and follow technical documentation,
