Due to continued expansion, they are seeking two Underwriting Assistants to join their collaborative and high-performing team.This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career, whether you've recently graduated, have some exposure to insurance, claims, broking or customer service, or simply have a genuine interest in building a career within the insurance industry.This organisation provides exposure across the full underwriting process and a clearly defined pathway into an Underwriter position.The OpportunityAs an Underwriting Assistant, you'll support a team of experienced Underwriters while learning the technical skills required to progress your career.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting the underwriting team with policy administrationProcessing quotes, renewals and endorsementsResponding to broker enquiries and requestsMaintaining accurate client and policy informationLearning underwriting processes, products and systemsBuilding relationships with brokers and internal stakeholdersContributing to a collaborative team environmentFrom day one, you'll receive hands-on training and mentoring from experienced Underwriters who will help develop your technical knowledge and industry expertise.About YouWe're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including:Insurance,
