The role will also be responsible for proactively identifying recurring issues to eliminate root causes and to drive site level service improvements.Key Skills required:Previous experience in Desktop Support / Field Service SupportITIL Foundation Certified,



or robust knowledge and experience of working in an ITIL environmentCurrent knowledge of emerging technology trends such as Endpoint Management (e.g. Intune, Autopilot), Modern Workplace (M365, Teams, OneDrive), Identity & access basics (Azure AD / Entra), Hardware lifecycle & asset management automationAn excellent understanding of how technology can enable business process to drive business benefit.Demonstrated resilience and ability to quickly engage with changeAbility to positively support and encourage others through changeStakeholder engagement and influencing skillsDemonstrated ability to mix professionally and build effective relationships at all levels internally and externallyExceptional Customer Service skills
