We're looking for a passionate, gifted Youth Minister to lead our large youth ministry and help carry out that mission among the rapidly growing next generation.
There are 2,500 youth in Orange who need to be brought in to hear the gospel, come to faith, and be built up to live for Jesus in their schools, families, and everyday lives.As OEC Youth Minister, you'll lead a team of passionate leaders, partner closely with parents, and help raise up the next generation of disciple-makers in Orange and with gospel-minded churches in the Central West.
We're looking for someone who:Loves Jesus and following him.Prayerfully and faithfully sits under God's Word, and is able to teach it to othersBuilds teams and trains up leadersIs driven, organised and has initiativeIs experienced in, and committed to relational discipleshipHas theological training from a reformed Australian Bible college (or is willing to undertake training)"We will tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord."
