Due to an increasing workload, they are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join their team.
This position offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of commercial sites including hospitals, aged care facilities, schools, commercial office buildings, hospitality venues, retail centres and large residential developments.
Whether your background is primarily service, maintenance, fault finding or installation, this role provides the opportunity to further develop your skillset and become a true all-round HVAC qualified.
The Opportunity
You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing a broad range of HVAC equipment while managing your own schedule across multiple client sites.
Supported by an experienced management and coordination team, you will enjoy a high level of autonomy while working within a business known for its strong culture, training and long-term staff retention.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial HVAC service and preventative maintenanceReactive breakdown response and fault findingInstallation and commissioning of HVAC equipmentServicing VRV/VRF systems, split systems and ducted systemsWorking on AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems and mechanical plantSystem testing,



commissioning and performance optimisationElectrical and mechanical diagnosticsCompletion of service reports and documentationLiaising directly with facility managers and site stakeholdersSupporting apprentices and junior technicians when requiredWorking safely in accordance with industry standards and company procedures
What We're Looking For
Certificate III in Air Conditioning & RefrigerationCurrent ARCtick Refrigerant Handling LicenceMinimum 12 months post-trade experienceExperience within commercial HVAC environmentsStrong fault-finding and diagnostic capabilityAbility to work independently and manage your own workloadExcellent communication and customer service skillsCurrent NSW Driver LicenceAustralian Permanent Residency or Citizenship
Highly Regarded
Restricted or Unrestricted Electrical LicenceContractor or Supervisor LicenceExperience with Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric or similar systemsExperience working within healthcare, education, commercial or critical environment facilities
