Our Coleraine showroom on the Somerset Road is a well-established, high-footfall site with a strong customer base and a real opportunity to push performance to the next level.
Your job is to make that happen.
What You'll Be Doing Driving showroom sales performance and owning your branch targets and KPIs Leading, coaching, and developing your sales team to consistently exceed expectations Managing all day-to-day showroom operations - from stock and presentation to opening/closing Building robust relationships with customers, designers, developers, and trade accounts Using sales data to identify opportunities, adapt fast, and keep the team focused Representing Bathshack in the local market and driving brand presence in Coleraine.
Working as a keyholder and taking full accountability for the site This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, including Saturday working.
What We're Looking For You don't need to know bathrooms inside out (though it helps).




What you do need is a proven track record of leading sales teams, hitting targets, and raising standards around you.
Specifically Demonstrated success in a sales management role - ideally with evidenced results Experience managing, motivating, and developing a team Strong coaching instincts - you make the people around you better at what they do Comfortable with data - you use it to drive decisions, not just report them Excellent communicator - with customers, with your team, and with senior leadership Emotionally intelligent - you lead with credibility, not just authority Flexible to travel occasionally for training and induction events What's In It For You £***** basic salary Uncapped commission - realistic OTE £*****+ Your birthday off, on us Staff discount - because your bathroom deserves it too!
