will have additional and specific night shift duties.About you:Passionate about delivering quality care to our older AustraliansExperience in aged care/geriatrics requiredKnowledge and understanding of: accreditation processes, codes of conduct, WHS, Infection Control, Compliance Management, SIRS Reporting, Restrictive Practices, and the Aged Care Quality StandardsAble to manage a small team of PCWs, be computer literate, and have sound verbal and written communication abilitiesAnalytical, a problem solver, and friendly to work withA few requirements of the role :Relevant experience and qualification in nursing + AHPRA registrationRight to work in Australia + 100 Points of ID
