This crucial role is responsible for the timely and accurate investigation, processing and matching of donations received by the National Fundraising Department.Key Responsibilities:Daily examination, scrutiny and validation of transactions on all bank accounts connected to Blackbaud CRMProcess transactions from our Bank Statement to CRM (Blackbaud), Payment Gateway to Bank StatementResearching and processing of all donations received online nationallyProcess daily Direct Debit BatchesPost Blackbaud Files to a General LedgerAssisting with the processing of electronic files from internal and external stakeholdersInvestigate and action Disputed Transactions: Fraudulent, Charge Backs,
