The Customer Service Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining a strong relationship and communications system with new and existing customers, franchisees and cleaners.
The Customer Service Manager will also ensure that the cleaning services are provided in accordance with the requirements of the Contract and the Quality Management System.
You must have a full understanding of all policies, procedures, have a positive can-do attitude, be self-driven and be able to work autonomously.
This role is also responsible for supervising and overseeing work on-site to ensure that all service, quality, productivity,
