You'll provide excellent service by following our customer practices, being authentic, empathetic, engaging, aware of risk, and doing what you say you'll do.In this role you will:Be the first point of contact for customers and aim to resolve their query on the spotComplete simple admin tasks quickly and accuratelyHelp with escalations or complaints, working to resolve them as soon as possibleFollow privacy and compliance rules in all customer interactionsSpot patterns or common issues and share ideas to help fix themBe a supportive team member,



sharing knowledge and helping others when neededWork with other teams when extra help is neededReceive comprehensive training to learn about life insurance, our products, and our systems – with plenty of support as you grow in the roleQualificationsA genuine passion for helping customers and a friendly, professional phone mannerGreat team player with a positive attitudeClear verbal and written communication skillsAble to multitask and manage your time wellExperience in a contact centre or customer service role (preferred, but not essential)Willing to work full-time on a rotating roster between 8am–7pm, Monday to Friday (NSW hours)Additional InformationPlease noteWe are recruiting multiple roles that will all commence on the 31st of August ****.
