Your responsibilities will include:Greeting and acknowledging patients promptly and warmlyManaging appointment bookings, recalls and waitlistsAccurate data entry and maintenance of patient recordsProcessing Medicare, DVA, WorkCover and private billingsExplaining fees, rebates and gap payments clearlyManaging phone and online enquiries professionallyScanning,
