Wynstan is looking for a friendly and motivated Showroom Assistant for our Blackburn showroom.As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming showroom experience while supporting our Sales Consultants to achieve great results.
From helping customers choose the perfect blinds, awnings, doors, and shutters to following up enquiries and keeping everything running smoothly, no two days will be the same.What you'll be doing:Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, professional approachProvide product advice and help customers find the right solutions for their homesSupport Sales Consultants with quotes, appointments, paperwork, and customer follow-upsRespond to phone and online enquiries with excellent communication skillsMaintain an organised, well-presented showroom that customers love visitingAssist with sales targets, administration tasks,



and day-to-day showroom operationsWhat we're looking for:Previous experience in a customer service, showroom, retail, or sales environmentStrong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customersConfidence learning product knowledge and providing recommendationsExcellent organisation skills and attention to detailAbility to work towards sales targets and contribute as part of a teamA proactive attitude with the ability to manage tasks independentlyAvailable for a part time role - Thursday to SaturdayWhy join Wynstan?
