You will:Attend product training events and enhance your product knowledgeLiaise with workshop and sales to ensure customers bike delivered on timeEnsure customer has all riding needs e.g. gloves for off road, wet weather gearStock control/build displaysAdvise customers of latest promotions and specialsTo be successful in this roleyou will need:Attention to detailDemonstrated excellent customer service skillsThe ability to generate sales of accessories and partsHave basic mechanical knowledge of motorcycles or the ability to achieveMost importantly, you will have a passion for everything two wheels!
