This role ensures solar and battery installations are scheduled, delivered, documented, and rebated accurately, compliantly, and in a timely manner.You will act as the key coordination point between customers, installers, electricians, sales, logistics, rebate bodies, and other internal teams, ensuring smooth delivery, clear communication, and complete records across all projects.Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation & Operations CoordinationSchedule solar and battery installations promptly after sales are initiated, ensuring installations are typically completed within one month of saleSource, engage, and coordinate with qualified installers and electriciansAllocate jobs efficiently based on customer and installer's availability, location, and project requirementsCoordinate product delivery with the logistics team to align with installation schedulesRebate Submission & CompliancePrepare, submit, and manage rebate applications (including STCs and applicable state-based rebates) in accordance with regulatory requirementsCollect and verify all required documentation from installers, electricians, and customers for rebate submissionsEnsure rebate applications are accurate, complete,



and submitted promptly after installation completedTrack rebate approval status and follow up on outstanding or rejected submissionsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of rebate rules, compliance requirements, and scheme changesRecords & Data ManagementMaintain accurate records of all sales, installations, rebate submissions, approvals, and installer detailsEnsure all project, installation, and rebate data is correctly recorded in the CRM and internal systemsConduct basic checks to ensure documentation completeness and data accuracyCommunication & Stakeholder ManagementMaintain clear and professional communication with customers, installers, electricians, sales, logistics teams, and rebate bodiesEnsure all parties have clear and accurate information to avoid delays or compliance issuesSales & Technical Support (Operational Focus)Support sales teams by ensuring system details, installation requirements, and documentation are operationally accurateAssist with basic system and product coordination where requiredLiaise with sales to ensure smooth handover from sale to installationProvide timely updates on installation and rebate progress to the supervisorEscalate risks, delays,
