Our team is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences while building strong relationships with children, families and the wider community.About the RoleAs our Nursery Lead, you will lead the nursery room team in delivering exceptional care and educational experiences for infants.
You will be responsible for fostering secure attachments, supporting children's developmental milestones and creating an environment where every child feels safe, valued and supported to thrive.This is an exciting opportunity for a confident leader who is passionate about mentoring others, driving quality practice and making a meaningful impact in the lives of young children and their families.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of educators within the nursery environmentCreate a warm, nurturing and responsive learning environmentDevelop and implement engaging programs in line with the Early Years Learning FrameworkBuild strong relationships with children,



families and fellow team membersSupport children's wellbeing, routines and developmental milestonesEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies and child safety requirementsContribute to a positive team culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvementAbout YouDiploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalentPrevious experience working within a nursery environmentDemonstrated leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership roleStrong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality FrameworkPassion for building secure and trusting relationships with children and familiesWhy Join Journey?
