Backed by McPherson Painting, an established commercial painting business with 20+ staff and a solid reputation across Victoria, we're expanding our footprint in the architecture and design community.About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced A&D; Sales Representative to drive specification and sales of our Acosorb acoustic spray range across Victoria.
You'll build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, acoustic consultants, builders, and project managers — positioning Acosorb as the go-to acoustic solution from concept through to project completion.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage relationships with architects, designers, and specifiers to drive product specificationConduct CPD presentations and product training sessions with design and construction firmsIdentify and pursue new project opportunities across commercial, residential,



and hospitality sectorsProvide technical product guidance and support through the specification and tender processManage a sales pipeline via CRM, tracking leads from initial contact through to project completionRepresent McPherson Coatings at industry events, trade shows, and site visitsWork closely with our operations and estimating teams to ensure smooth handover from specification to deliveryAbout YouProven experience in architectural sales, specification sales, or building products sales (essential)Existing relationships within Victoria's architecture and design community highly regardedStrong communication and presentation skills, with confidence delivering CPD sessionsSelf-motivated, able to manage your own territory and pipeline independentlyUnderstanding of acoustic products, coatings, or construction materials advantageous but not essential — full product training providedValid driver's licence and own vehicleWhat We OfferSalary $85,000–$110,000 depending on experience, plus superannuationVehicle allowanceThe opportunity to represent a specialised, in-demand product in a growing categoryAutonomy to build your own territory and client baseSupport from an established, reputable Melbourne business
