These are newly created positions, offering the opportunity to be part of a growing team supporting a critical, 24/7 operation.Working closely with Facilities Managers, the FM Hub, and other on-site trades, you will support the delivery of electrical maintenance services to ensure assets remain safe, reliable, and operational.
Your work will contribute to keeping a highly visible environment running smoothly, with a strong focus on safety, responsiveness, and teamwork.The ideal candidate is reliable, collaborative, and solutions-focused, with a calm approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out preventative and corrective electrical maintenance across a range of systems and assetsRespond to service requests, faults, and breakdowns in a timely and safe mannerParticipate in a shift-based roster supporting 24/7 operationsComplete work orders accurately within CMMS systems, including clear documentationSupport minor upgrades,



replacements, and improvement worksFollow all safety processes, permits, and compliance requirementsWork collaboratively with other trades and teams to coordinate activitiesContribute to identifying recurring issues and supporting long-term improvementsEducation, Experience & SkillsEssentialTrade qualification as a licensed ElectricianCurrent electrical licence relevant to NSWExperience in maintenance within commercial, industrial, or infrastructure environmentsStrong fault-finding and problem-solving capabilityUnderstanding of preventative and reactive maintenance practicesFamiliarity with CMMS or work order systemsKnowledge of WHS and electrical safety standardsAbility to work within a shift-based roster, including evenings or weekends if requiredClear communication skills and a team-oriented approachDesirableExperience in transport, aviation, or critical infrastructure environmentsExposure to fast-paced, highly visible operational sitesASIC clearance (or ability to obtain)Workplace FlexibilityThis role is based on-site in Mascot within a 24/7 operational environment.
