As part of the DuluxGroup, a leading marketer and manufacturer of premium branded products, Inspirations Paint employees are part of Australia's largest network of paint stores, serving both retail (DIY) and trade (qualified/commercial) markets.The successful applicant would have a background in retail sales, paint knowledge or relevant personal experience in home improvement projects and be genuinely interested in people and their projects, and in providing an exceptional customer experience to both our retail and trade customers.The current positionis available for immediate startfor an enthusiastic and motivated individualseeking an opportunity to develop their career.

Store hours are 6:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday and 7:00amto 4:00pm Saturday.Responsibilities include:Inventory administrationProviding an exemplary customer experience to both retail and trade customersTinting & mixing paintFollowing the "Inspirations Way"Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge in the areas of paint and protective coatings, while assisting with sales, stock control and merchandisingStore presentation, stock management, housekeepingWorkplace Health & SafetyExperience / AttributesDemonstrated customer service with personalised customer focusWell presented both in appearance and communicationAble to contribute and work in a team environmentProven sales experience and a strong knowledge of paint and associated productsApproachable, confident and energetic with a pleasant disposition and the ability to effectively deal with customer queries and/or customer complaintsAttention to detail, initiative and the ability to learn new systemsHonest, reliable and punctualThis role involves heavy lifting up to 25kgsIf you have knowledge of the paint industry, are enthusiastic and motivated and have a genuine interest in people and providing an exceptional customer experience, we would like to hear from you.Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
