About the RoleAs a Disability Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred support to our participants in their homes and within the community.
Every day is different, and you'll have the chance to build genuine connections while making a positive impact.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting clients with community access and social participationAssisting with personal care, including showering, dressing, and hygieneProviding domestic assistance such as cleaning, meal preparation,



and household tasksEncouraging independence and helping clients achieve their individual goalsMaintaining accurate progress notes and documentationWorking collaboratively with clients, families, and the Inclusive Support Service teamWhat we're looking for:A caring, respectful, and positive attitudeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsReliability, flexibility, and a willingness to work a variety of shiftsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrevious experience in disability support is desirable but not essentialEssential RequirementsCurrent Driver Licence and reliable, comprehensively insured vehicleCurrent First Aid and CPR CertificateNDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)Working with Children Check (Blue Card)National Police CheckNDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to complete)Minimum Certificate 3 in Disability or another related field.Why join Inclusive Support Service?
