You'll play a key role in providing end‐to‐end rental solutions and making each customer's experience seamless and stress‐free.Key ResponsibilitiesEngaging with customers in person and over the phone to understand their needs and offer tailored solutionsProviding clear and detailed information on rental agreements, insurance options, guidelines and proceduresUsing multiple computer systems, handling cash, balancing daily takings,



and completing general administrative tasksConducting vehicle quality assurance checks, reporting issues or damages, and completing basic vehicle detailingCollaborating with team members to achieve daily targets and branch goalsMaintaining high levels of operational compliance with company and regulatory requirementsWhat We're Looking ForYou bring a positive, "can‐do" attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
You have demonstrated experience supporting or leading customer service teams and can resolve customer enquiries quickly, accurately, and professionally.
