We're seekingCasual Production Operatorsto support safe, productive production at our Echuca manufacturing site.
This is a hands‐on, rostered role where your day‐to‐day tasks will vary based on operational needs, your training and competency sign‐off, and the area you're working in (e.g., processing, manual handling, materials handling, cleaning, labelling and inspection).

These beloved products include condiments and sauces, cheese and dairy, meals, meats, refreshment beverages, coffee, infant and nutrition products, and numerous other grocery products in a portfolio of more than 200 legacy and emerging brands.Key position responsibilities include:Operate & monitor equipmentas trained; report issues to the Team Leader/Line LeaderKeep the line suppliedwith packaging/consumables (e.g., pouches, lids, labels)Follow all safety, food safety, quality, environmental and hygiene requirements, including SOPs, permits, site rules and PPEParticipate in required site communications(pre-start checks, toolbox talks,



etc.)Pack, re-pack, assemble and palletiseproducts as neededComplete basic quality checks(e.g., visual, pack/label checks) and confirm product presentationAccurately record required information(paper and/or electronic), including checks, counts, downtime reasons and quality outcomesMove materials/finished goodsusing pallet jacks/trolleys or powered equipment (e.g., forklift)Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping, including rostered cleaning to schedules/proceduresSupport other teams as neededto meet production prioritiesAbout you:Current Forklift LicenceCommitment to food safety and personal safety/hygiene practicesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and ability to accurately record and interpret measurements and dataMechanical aptitudeGood communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in thefood manufacturingindustry (training will be provided)Experience using fixed plant machinery and forkliftsCommitment to continuous improvement practicesReady to make an Impact?
