Chef – Full TimeStockmans Motel Pty Ltd – Tamworth NSWDue to the continued growth of our business, Stockmans Motel & Restaurant is seeking 2 (two) experienced and passionate Full time Chefs to join our kitchen team.This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy and well-established hospitality venue with a reputation for quality food and excellent customer service.Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per annum plus superannuationVisa sponsorship may be available for suitably qualified and experienced candidates.Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning menus and estimating food and labour costsPreparing and cooking high-quality meals in a busy kitchen environmentMonitoring the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentationWorking closely with management and kitchen staff regarding food preparation and service requirementsDemonstrating cooking techniques and assisting with staff training and developmentMaintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanlinessAssisting with stock control,
