This varied role is ideal for someone flexible, collaborative and passionate about creating safe, engaging and supportive learning environments.In this role, you will:Work across all rooms in a flexible float positionSupport educators with programming, routines, lunch covers and room coverageCreate safe, engaging and inclusive learning experiences for childrenSupport children's wellbeing, learning and development through daily interactionsBuild strong, respectful relationships with children, families and colleaguesAbout YouYou are a flexible and enthusiastic educator who enjoys working as part of a team and is committed to supporting positive outcomes for children and families.Working towards Certificate III or Diploma or hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and CareHave relevant experience in early childhood education, or a strong willingness to learnAre flexible to work any three days per week and across all roomsUnderstand the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality StandardsHold a current Working with Children Check,

Our recently renovated Paddington Centre has five indoor playrooms as well as two separate playgrounds.
The Centre offers early childhood education and child-care for 89 children per day from birth to school age.
