Steelfixers Labourers – YatalaSpectra Recruitment Pty Ltd is seeking a hardworking Steelfixer labourer to join our client's busy Precast team in Yatala.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with steel-fixing experience or those comfortable working with tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Your Role:Steel Fixing & General Labouring – Assisting with the preparation and installation of steel reinforcement.Tool & Equipment Checks – Inspecting and maintaining power tools to ensure safe operation.Working with the Team – Collaborating with the Foreman and Leading Hands to meet daily objectives.Quality Control – Conducting post-pour QA checks and ensuring all work meets high standards.Workplace Safety – Following strict health and safety regulations.General Factory Duties – Assisting in daily operations, cleaning, and maintaining a tidy workspace.Stock Management – Monitoring and reporting stock levels to support production flow.Effective Communication – Coordinating tasks with team members and supervisors.Who We're Looking For:Experience in steelfixing, formwork or concreting.Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work efficiently as part of a team.Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive tasks.A good understanding of workplace safety and compliance.What's in It for You?
