As the Retail Store Manager at Choice Discounts', you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our recent store coming to Gympie store.
This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for the retail industry.What you'll be doingManage all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory, and financial performanceProvide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customersLead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to maximise productivity and salesImplement and monitor store policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standardsAnalyse sales data and make strategic decisions to improve store performanceCollaborate with regional and corporate teams to drive business growth and profitabilityWhat we're looking forMinimum of 3 years' experience in a retail management rolePrevious experience in Discount, Department store or Supermarkets is essentialStrong leadership and people management skills,
