You will play a pivotal role in fostering inclusivity within the workforce by providing tailored guidance, job placement services,



and ongoing support to customers with disabilities.
Your dedication to understanding their unique needs and collaborating with employers will bridge the gap between talent and opportunity, promoting diversity and equality in the workplace.
By facilitating successful job placements and promoting workforce diversity, you will contribute significantly to enhancing the quality of life for people with disabilities and promoting a more inclusive society.Desired Skills and ExperienceAbility to apply mentoring, case management, and employment servicesStrong understanding of issues affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in relation to employmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening and advocacyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of local community services, employers, and support networksHigh level of organisational and time management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and/or case management systemsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to meet and exceed outcome-focused KPIsPromotional, marketing and representational and advocacy skillsAbility to build rapport quickly and effectivelyTime management and organisational skillsAdvocacy and referral skillsExperience in working with Participants to address barriers (desirable)Must pass and have a current Police Check (ongoing requirement for employment)Must pass and have a current Working with Children Check (ongoing requirement for employment)
