We are looking for a Clinic Manager who will protect that culture, lift the people in it, and drive the clinic forward commercially at the same time.About the roleThis is a hands on leadership role.
You will be the person the team looks to, the voice a new client hears on the phone, and the one who keeps the day running beautifully from open to close.You will lead from the floor, not from behind a closed door.
Some days that means running KPI reviews and shaping strategy.
Other days it means stepping onto front of desk because someone has called in sick.
Both matter equally here.Hours: Full time.
Monday to Friday, alternating with every second week Tuesday to Saturday, with a 1pm finish on Saturdays.What you will be doingLeading,



mentoring and motivating the clinic team day to dayRunning weekly team meetings and regular KPI reviewsSupporting the team to achieve clinic targets as well as individual goalsManaging our lead generation system, including phone follow up and conversionOptimising the clinic calendar for both client experience and revenueCovering front of desk and reception whenever the team needs itCoordinating roster cover and remaining contactable when unplanned absences ariseOpening and closing the clinic as requiredDelivering an exceptional client experience at every touchpointBuilding a culture where the team feels supported, challenged and proud of their workAbout youMinimum 3 years experience in a clinic, salon, medical or service based management roleProven front of desk and reception experience, and genuinely happy to jump back on itA natural people person who leads with warmth and holds a high standard at the same timeConfident on the phone and comfortable converting enquiries into bookingsCommercially minded, with a track record of hitting targets and reading numbersA motivator who builds intrinsic drive in a team rather than relying on pressureReliable, contactable and solutions focused when the unexpected happensImmaculate presentation and communication, in line with a premium clinic environmentAesthetics, dermal or injectables industry experience is highly regardedWhat we offerA warm, nurturing team environment where people stay because they want toAn established brand with a loyal client base and robust local reputationGenerous treatment and product allowancesOngoing training and genuine career progressionA role with real ownership and real impact on the clinic's success
