Reardon plastering is seeking an experienced plasterer to join our team in Moonee Ponds, VIC.
This full time role is responsible for the high-quality application of plaster to a variety of surfaces, ensuring the smooth finish of walls and ceilings for residential and commercial properties.What you'll be doingPreparing surfaces by removing old plaster, cleaning and priming as neededMixing plaster to the correct consistency and applying it evenly to walls and ceilingsSanding and finishing plastered surfaces to a smooth, flawless stateTroubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the plastering processMaintaining a safe and tidy work environmentCollaborating with other tradespeople to ensure efficient project completionWhat we're looking forMinimum 3 years of experience as a qualified plastererStrong understanding of plastering techniques and the ability to produce high-quality finishesAttention to detail and a commitment to achieving the best possible resultsGood physical fitness and stamina to handle the physical demands of the roleReliable,
