These roles are being offered on 8/6 or 5/2 roster options.
Roles on offer are workshop based with field service opportunities or supporting customers on mining sites in the surrounding region.As a fitter, you will be responsible for:Comply with Epiroc and customer SHEQ and WHS requirementsCreating and developing strong relationships with customers and team membersCarrying out specialised repairs, rebuilds and maintenance work on Epiroc's range of surface and underground mining equipmentCarrying out service and repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and RCS systemsSolve complex equipment-related issues including diagnostic fault findingProviding a high level of technical product support to our customersIdeally,



you will possess the following experience and qualifications:Relevant trade qualificationsEpiroc surface or underground product experienceCustomer-facing experience or similarExtensive experience in the maintenance of heavy mobile mining equipment, hydraulic repairs, diagnostics, and repairsPreventative and breakdown maintenance experienceProven ability to troubleshoot and fault find complex mechanical and hydraulic problemsAllison transmission experience preferred but non-essentialBasic Microsoft applicationsThe successful candidate must be a strong team player with excellent relationship-building skills.
A positive attitude and commitment to all areas of service operations are essential to the job.
