We are one of the largest construction providers in the Australasia, currently delivering over on 85 projects ranging from $50 million to $800 million.Project ManagerAs a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from conception to completion.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale residential projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and delivery of the project.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders,
