You'll play a key role in project governance,



administration and change activities while gaining exposure to a complex technology workplace.Key responsibilitiesPrepare meeting agendas and record meeting minutesTrack actions and follow up with stakeholders to ensure completionCoordinate project documentation and administrationRaise maintenance window requests and manage approval workflowsSupport project governance and reporting activitiesAssist with change management coordination across the programProvide day-to-day support to the Program ManagerSkills and experience3-4 years' experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or similarStrong organisational and administrative skillsExperience supporting project delivery in a corporate or technology environmentExcellent written communication and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and follow through on actionsBenefits and additional information6-month contract with strong potential for extension$******* per dayWork alongside an experienced Program ManagerExposure to a major enterprise technology programExcellent opportunity to build experience within a globally recognised organisation
