Our warehouse operation is the engine room of our customer promise, and we're looking for a hands-on leader to run it at despatch.About the roleAs our Despatch Team Leader, you'll lead and coordinate all outbound warehouse operations, making sure every customer order leaves accurately, efficiently, and on time.
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you'll run the daily rhythm of the despatch floor and be the standard-setter for safety, service, and productivity.Key ResponsibilitiesYour day to day will include:Leading, coaching, and developing the despatch team to hit daily operational targetsAllocating labour across despatch and loading, running toolbox talks and shift handoversOverseeing outbound shipments so orders are picked, packed, and despatched right the first timeCoordinating loading schedules with transport providers and internal teamsEnsuring delivery dockets and documentation are complete and correctInvestigating stock discrepancies and supporting cycle counts and stocktakesEnforcing despatch SOPs, closing process gaps, and driving continuous improvementChampioning WHS compliance, safe manual handling,
