OverviewYour RoleGallagher Bassett is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Consultant to join our team.
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the accuracy and compliance of insurance policies and procedures through comprehensive quality assurance measures.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of insurance regulations, exceptional analytical skills, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and integrity.
This position will be offered on a permanent full-time basis with a hybrid working approach working in our Melbourne CBD office and WFH.How you'll make an impactConduct thorough reviews of insurance policies to verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory requirementsPerform regular audits of insurance documentation, including policies, endorsements, and certificates, to identify errors or discrepanciesMonitor insurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and legal standardsIdentify and report any errors or inconsistencies in insurance documentation, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective actionsProvide training and guidance to insurance agents and underwriters on quality assurance best practices, regulatory requirements, and procedural updatesMaintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, findings, and corrective actions takenPrepare detailed reports for management reviewParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality assurance processes, streamline workflows,
