This hands‐on role will see you working across diverse projects involving traffic signals and Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), ensuring the safe and efficient operation of critical transport infrastructure.The ideal candidate will hold a current NSW Electrical Licence and have proven experience within the Traffic Signals and ITS industries, including installation, fault finding, maintenance, and commissioning.
A White Card is essential.You will play a key role in the construction, maintenance, and inspection of ITS assets, performing both planned maintenance and urgent operational tasks in a fast‐paced environment.
Adaptability, technical skill, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork will be essential to your success.Key CapabilitiesConstruction and reconstruction of assets such as Traffic Control Signals (TCS), Variable Message Signs (VMS),



and hazard warning signs (AWS, VSLS)Inspection, testing, and fault finding in accordance with Australian Standards and TfNSW requirementsInstallation and modification of new and existing Traffic Signal and ITS assetsEnsuring compliance with safety and operational regulationsMaintaining accurate records and documentation in line with company and legislative standardsLiaising with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholdersDemonstrating initiative and adaptability to learn new systems and perform diverse tasksPhysically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasksCurrent NSW Electrical Licence (or eligibility to obtain)White CardCurrent Driver LicenceAbility to work at heightsSound knowledge of AS/NZS **** Wiring RulesStrong fault-finding and problem‐solving abilitiesCommitment to safety, teamwork, and high‐quality workmanshipThe role offers a talented, highly organised, focused and energetic individual the opportunity to put their know-how into practice in a responsive, relaxed and professional organisation striving for "Best Practice".
